Our services include antenatal appointments, child health surveillance by doctor, wart treatment, Hypertension monitoring, Diabetic follow up, Cervical Cytology, Asthma & chronic obstructive pulmonary disease review, family planning, minor surgery and dietician are arranged through a GP - ring the main reception who will book you onto a call-back

Chaperone Service

A Chaperone Service is available to our patients.  This may be a member of the nursing team or trained reception staff.  Please advise reception or the GP if you do require a chaperone.  

Child Immunisation Clinics

Wednesday mornings, you will receive an appointment card through the post. Do not forget to bring your Red Book and Invitation Card

Midwife antenatal clinics

Wednesday mornings for follow ups.  New bookings are currently at St. Mary's maternity Unit Melton

Social Prescribers

Juliet Hull has been working with us since the beginning of 2022.  Juliet has a wealth of knowledge and can assist with financial advice, befriending services, housing issues and many more.  If you are struggling, please speak to one of the team and will be process a referral to the service for you.
